I had a pleasant stay with a few highlights and a couple of downsides. The hotel's location was quite nice, being peaceful yet within walking distance of the city center. The rooms were spacious, but a bit outdated and not too soundproof, so you might hear your neighbors at night. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the service was excellent, which really added to the experience. On the downside, the dining options could use some variety, as the breakfast was the same every day and wrapped up too early for vacationers. Overall, it was a good stay without being perfect.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they did feel a little outdated, and soundproofing could be improved since I could hear my neighbors at night.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and friendly, especially this intern named Andy who went above and beyond.
Location
8.0
The location was generally quiet and peaceful, about a 15-minute walk from the city center, which I appreciated.
Dining
5.0
Dining was decent but could improve; the breakfast was the same every day and finished by 9:30, which felt a bit early for travelers.
Facilities

The facilities were satisfactory but didn't stand out, mainly just the basics.

6.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made me feel welcome. However, the rooms were not up to par, as they reeked of cigarette smoke and weren't soundproof. The location was decent, a bit of a walk to the main attractions, but it was convenient for my travel plans. Overall, while I appreciated the staff's efforts, the room issues dampened my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were disappointing; they smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and were not soundproof, which made my stay less comfortable.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent, with the staff being extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
Location
7.0
The hotel was a 20-minute walk from the city center, which was a bit far for my liking, but it was ideal for my travel needs as it was close to the port.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were a little repetitive and ended too early at 9:30 PM, which didn’t suit a vacation vibe, but the food was decent enough.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were fairly average; nothing stood out as exceptional, but they met basic needs.

6.6/10

The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive from the port, making it a convenient choice for sea travelers. The rooms are simple yet clean, providing a comfortable stay. The service is friendly, but the dining experience could use some improvement with limited options and early closing times. Overall, it's good value for money, but the location does have its downsides in terms of safety and distance to the main attractions.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are simple but very clean, offering a comfortable space for my stay. I appreciated the air conditioning system, which was easy to adjust.
Service
8.0
The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I felt safe knowing there was a security guard on duty at night, though they wisely advised against walking alone, even during the day.
Location
6.0
The hotel is ideally located for those traveling by sea, just a five-minute drive from the port. However, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe and was a distance from restaurants and shops.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite limited and felt the same every day. Breakfast finished too early for those of us wanting a more relaxed morning.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, though nothing too luxurious stood out during my stay. The pool area was nice enough but not overly impressive.

6.0/10

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some great aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the intern Andy who went above and beyond for us. However, the location felt a bit off, as the walk to the city center was longer than expected and the area wasn't the most inviting. The rooms were basic but comfortable for a short stay. Overall, it's a decent choice for a night or two, but there are certainly areas for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were extremely small and had fairly old furniture, accommodating three beds in a tight space. They were simple and comfortable enough for a night or two, but definitely could use an update.
Service
8.0
The service was great! I really appreciated Andy, the intern, who was very helpful. However, at times I felt a bit left waiting without much explanation.
Location
5.0
The location was fine in terms of distance, but the 20-minute walk to the center of Fort-de-France wasn't the most pleasant experience. It felt a bit depressing at times, even though it was close to essential spots.
Dining
5.0
Dining was okay but not particularly good. The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, so I expected a bit more variety and quality.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were pretty basic; they didn’t have much to offer, but I found them adequate for what I needed during my short stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the location was peaceful and conveniently close to the city center, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were quite old-fashioned and could use some redecorating, and I felt that the overall value for money wasn't quite there compared to other options nearby.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were large and clean but somewhat outdated. They really need a refresh, as they felt a bit lifeless, and the bedspreads weren't great quality.
Service
8.0
The service was very pleasant and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a nice, quiet area about a 15-minute walk from the city center. It's ideal for those traveling by sea since it's close to the port.
Dining

Dining was decent with a good variety of options, and the view of the sea was really nice!
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement to match the potential of the hotel.
